使用方式
1. 在本機複製並編輯。所有 [方括號] 都要換成已核對的真實資料。
2. 刪掉不適用段落。範本不是 Apple 官方表單，也不是核准保證。
3. 請用本次提交的 build 實機驗證，不能把預期結果當成已通過。
4. 帳密只填 App Store Connect 的審核登入資訊欄；本範本不需要真實密碼。不要將填妥帳密的文件公開分享或上傳到公開程式庫。

B. 填妥示例（Reading Log 是虛構 App；不是學員審核紀錄）
App purpose
Reading Log helps users save books and track reading progress.

Review access
Use the demo account in the Sign-in Information fields.
The account contains a sample book named "Demo Book".

Steps to review
1. Sign in, then open the Library tab.
2. Tap "Demo Book". Its current progress is 10 pages.
3. Tap "Update progress", enter 15, and tap Save.
4. Return to Library, then reopen the book.
   Expected result: the saved progress is 15 pages.
5. In Settings > Account > Delete account, the user can
   initiate account deletion. Please perform this step last.

Special requirements
No additional hardware is needed. The backend is available
for review. This build has no paid features or in-app purchases.

C. 退件回覆框架（只填已完成、可核對的事）

回覆後，依 App Store Connect 中該 submission 的狀態完成重新送審。
只改 metadata 的退件可在修正後使用同一 build；改了程式就上傳新 build。
回覆成功、重新送審、審核核准、商店可下載是不同狀態，請分別記錄。
